Please note that all particulars listed on your Child’s Date of Birth Certificate should be the same as on the Child’s Aadhaar Card. Parents’ Names and Child’s name and Date of Birth should be the same as per the relevant Govt. issued Proof of Identity and Proof of Address such as (Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate).
